Our system crawls your site the way a very patient visitor would: every page, every service description, every published price, every FAQ. It extracts the facts (what you do, what it costs, how to reach you) and organizes them into a knowledge base that belongs to your assistant alone.
Site behind a login, or content that lives in PDFs and price sheets? Send us the documents. We build from those just as well.
Your assistant is constructed so it can only answer from your content. Then we test it against your own site: a battery of real-world questions, checked answer by answer, before you ever see a link. If it can’t pass the test on your content, we don’t ship it. We tell you what’s missing instead.
One script tag, added anywhere on your site. Your web person will need about two minutes, or send us one email and we’ll guide them. There is no dashboard to log into, no prompts to write, no “AI training” for you to do. That’s not a missing feature. It’s the product.
Your assistant answers from a snapshot of your site. When your content changes (new prices, new services), the assistant should be re-synced so it never answers from the past. We offer one-shot re-syncs and an optional recurring sync plan (a paid add-on); your demo email explains the options.
And when we re-sync, your site picks the update up on its own within minutes. You never touch that line of code again.
Invent an answer. If your site doesn’t cover it, it says so, and offers your contact instead.
Answer off-topic. It’s your business’s assistant, not a general chatbot.
Hide its sources. Every answer links to the page it came from.
